Terms and Conditions of the What’s Good To Do Membership Card
Companies offering a discount

By agreeing to provide a discount or offer to our members you agree to having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

You have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you can cancel any discount or offer provided.

We can provide upon request an info sheet detailing the terms of your offer or discount. This must be requested in writing at the time of submitting your discount or offer to our website.

We can provide upon request a pdf voucher that only our members can download which must be printed out and presented with their membership card at your venue. Please send over any wording for this and your logo as a jpg and we will email your voucher over for you to add to your website listing/s once the discount or offer functionality has been switched on by us.

You may edit your discount or offer at any time on your listing/s, however, you must keep providing the discount or offer to our members until you have seen that we have approved your edited website listing/s without the discount or offer on. This can take up to 7 days.

There is no charge to companies related to offering discounts or offers to our members. We guarantee to never charge you to offer a discount or offer at any point in our business relationship. As part as offering a discount or offer you are given free standard listing/s on our website. Any such free standard listing/s will be suspended if you stop offering a discount or offer to our members. You will then have the option to pay and make listing/s active again. If you start offering a discount or offer again we will reactivate your free standard listing/s if you request we do so.

If you wish to upgrade to featured or sponsored listing/s you can pay the difference between the price of a standard listing and the listing type you have chosen.

Adding a discount or offer at the same time as submitting a listing - Please add an advertisers account to our website and then request via email that we switch on the discount or offer functionality. Once we have done so we will let you know via email. You must then login to your advertiser account and create your listing/s to include details of the discount or offer you are providing to our members. Listing/s are subject to approval by us.

All discount and offers are subject to approval by us and we do not accept discount offers from companies of an adult/explicit nature.

One discount or offer can be provided to our members at a time. (eg. one discount or offer per site of a restaurant or per franchisee)

You must not give a discount or offer under our scheme unless a valid What’s Good To Do membership card is presented by one of our members.

Whilst every care is taken in our dealings with membership card holders/third parties on our website, we can not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of your dealings with them.
Card Members

You agree to use the What’s good to do membership card strictly within the guidelines of the discounts set by discount providers. No cash refund or alternative is available.

You acknowledge that discount or offer providers may withdraw their discount or offer at any time and are only required to provide the offer or discount while an active discount or offer is displayed on our website.

Your membership card will not be valid for use after its expiry date.

Under distance selling regulations you have 14 days from receipt of the card to change your mind and return it for a refund of the card price.

When you decide to purchase a What’s Good To Do Membership Card you agree to pay the sum of the £15.00.
Outlets selling our cards

You agree to display our terms and conditions at the point of sale and point of sale materials advertising our membership cards.

You agree to sell our membership cards for the price of £15.00 and purchase the number of required cards from us on a dropship basis for £10.00 each card including VAT.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. New terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

We accept no responsibility for losses incurred when dealing with our members.
